It is our passion at Danielle Sara Photography to offer you a truly transformative boudoir experience. We have spent the last decade photographing precious babies, children & their families. Along the way we have met some incredible women – mothers who have inspired us with their kindness, love, and radiant beauty.

THE EXPERIENCE
Your boudoir experience takes place at a luxury location with our lead photographer Amanda. We will consult with you prior to your session to choose makeup, hair, and wardrobe styling that will highlight your unique features & make you feel most confident. Your session will begin with lots of pampering from our favorite hair & makeup artists while we chat and get to know you better. After spending approximately 1 hour in the makeup chair, we will begin your boudoir portrait session. Amanda will walk you through posing for the camera every step of the way, and will be mindful of both your insecurities and favorite features to capture portraits that empower you. Absolutely no modeling experience is needed, as we are trained in posing every body shape & type to highlight your most flattering features.
After your session, we will schedule your gallery viewing & ordering appointment at our Rockville studio. Your gorgeous image gallery will include a selection of carefully curated & retouched portraits available for purchase. We offer a la carte items and product collections that include, but are not limited to, digital images, photographic prints, albums, wall art, and more. We will walk you through all of your artwork options and make suggestions so you can choose the best ways to showcase your gorgeous portraits.
Our studio utilizes state-of-the-art technology so that you will be able to preview your images as artwork inside your own home. After payment for your artwork is complete, we will prepare your products for you with the utmost care. Images are delivered within 1-6 weeks after ordering, depending on the items purchased.

MEET THE PHOTOGRAPHER
Hi! I’m Amanda. I began my photography career with a passion for boudoir portraiture, and am so excited to be able to serve the Danielle Sara team as lead boudoir photographer. As a woman in today’s society, I understand the pressure many of us feel to look and behave a certain way. I continue to battle with my own securities and perceptions of what a woman should be, but have found a newfound sense of confidence and freedom through the boudoir genre.
I often step in front of the camera myself to understand the many feelings that can arise when being photographed in an intimate setting. Nerves are natural, especially when it’s your first time having boudoir portraits done! But a good boudoir photographer will make you feel at ease and fabulous in your skin. My goal is for us to have a hell of a good time during your session. We’ll make a playlist with some of your favorite jams, have one-on-one time to chat while getting your hair & makeup done, and have a blast posing around the hotel suite together. I love to demonstrate poses myself and will guide you through your entire session so that we capture your unique beauty, naturally.
