Maryland Newborn Luxury Photography | A Neutral baby boy session

Out of all the clients to photograph, newborn babies are my favorite! The tiny hands smaller than my palms, fuzzy heads, and squishy cheeks are irresistible. Lots of the time, newborns sleep soundly curling up in the most adorable positions.. I love capturing their sleepy smiles because this phase doesn’t last long!  They will be crawling and eating baby food in the blink of an eye.

Sweet Keepsakes

These Maryland newborn pictures showcased this beautiful family (even their first baby—their dog)!  They were so excited to include their sweet pup in the photos. I think he enjoyed the experience too!  They are going to love looking back at these images over the years. 

For the style in this shoot, we kept it simple and neutral in shades of blues and grays for this adorable baby boy.  Newborn sessions can have different props and clothing to show how tiny and cute they are. Regular newborn clothing is always huge compared to the little bundle of joy so the studio provides custom outfits specifically for our newborn sessions. They photograph beautifully and are cozy too!  In this session, baby boy wore a handsome little blue romper. He looks so precious in his stylish outfit!

I am always so honored when parents ask me to capture the newborn phase. Despite how exhausted and overwhelming it can be, these are priceless moments and pictures featuring the most important thing in their lives—how amazing to be a part of that!
