Even in unprecedented times we can count on new life to bring us hope and joy. Photographing newborns is one of my favorite aspect of my job. This stage is in their life is so precious and brief. I love to be able to capture that for families to cherish forever!

I realize it takes effort on the part of parents to follow through with a newborn session. Let’s face it, getting ready for photos is usually the last thing you want to do after just having a baby. But despite the coordination of outfits, feeding and diaper changes, it is 100% all worth it in the end to have these unforgettable moments documented in a beautiful way. You will never get this time back and I do not take the role as “first photographer” lightly for each family that I photograph!

Thank you to all the beautiful newborns who I photographed at the start of the year and then those that trusted me months later after our worlds were flipped upside down. I’m so grateful to have been able to document the very first chapter of these little lives (during a pandemic!). Here is a small snippet of some of the newborns I was lucky enough to meet. Thank you all so much for choosing me. It’s such an honor!

As we embark on the new year lets look back on the good and remember that there is light even in the darkest of times. Let’s make 2021 amazing and continue spreading joy!
