This sweet cake smash session was so much fun! Just look at that adorable smile. We celebrated in style, decorating his smash in a simple yet festive background with shades of blue balloons everywhere to commemorate this sweet little boy turning one.

How Quickly a Year Flies

Getting to get to know clients over the years is one of my favorite parts of being a professional family photographer. I captured the first weeks of life with a newborn session for this little charmer and he was just as sweet and adorable this time around. I loved seeing this special family back in my Maryland Photography Studio and documenting how much he has grown.

Giggles Galore

Before we got down and dirty, smashing up some yummy cake, we captured some clean invidual portraits of this handsome man as well as some family portraits. He looked adorable in his Fall styled outfit with a button down checked shirt and a vest that was the icing on the cake :). I simply adored his giggles.

After we finished up with the pre-cake portraits, it was time to party. And boy was he was ready! He loved getting to dive into his birthday cake and bop around the balloons. This sweet one year old was not shy at all and loved making faces for the camera. We had such a great time together. I look forward to seeing this family again next time!
