We’ve all had to make adjustments during the pandemic and Danielle Sara Photography is no exception. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all the families we photograph. Things may look a little different but creating memories at the studio will last a lifetime - all while staying as safe as possible!

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Walks-ins are not accepted at our Maryland studio. We limit sessions to one family at a time and schedule sessions so there is never any overlap. A thorough sterilization of the studio will take place after each session.
At this time we are asking that only members of your household who are being photographed attend the session (no nannies and caregivers). Please book an outdoor session if you’d like extended family session.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Danielle is up to date on all vaccines, including the COVID-19 vaccine.
If you aren’t feeling well, show any symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19, kindly reschedule your session for another time. We have a flexible reschedule policy in place at this time.
All clients must complete a COVID-wellness questionnaire prior to their session.
Your photographer will be the only person you will be in contact with and will be wearing a mask. All other staff works remotely and does not attend sessions.
Families must arrive wearing masks and will wash their hands or use sanitizer upon arrival at the studio. Masks may be removed while you are being photographed.
A thorough sterilization of the studio will take place after each session including furniture, door knobs, common areas, bathroom, etc. Equipment is wiped down, all props are cleaned, and blankets are washed after each use. We schedule professional cleaning services periodically depending on frequency of sessions.
Shoes will be removed upon arrival - we love kids barefoot anyway!

YOUR ARTWORK

A unique feature of Danielle Sara Photography is our commitment to providing you with beautiful artwork of your family that you’ll love for years to come. For the past 10 years, Danielle has offered in-person viewing and ordering assistance to walk clients through product offerings. The good news - we can still do this remotely! You will receive an online gallery to view your images and we'll call you to walk you through the process, from start to finish. The studio is proud to be able to offer both in person or virtual options to continue offering families this full-service experience!

These safety precautions will remain in place for the foreseeable future. We thank everyone for their participation in helping make our sessions as safe as possible!
