WHAT EXACTLY IS A DIGITAL PHOTO ORGANIZER?

I help busy families take their photo chaos and get it organized so that the photos can be accessed, found easily, and most importantly viewed and enjoyed. That’s the reason we take photos to begin with! Regardless of the devices you currently use, I can HELP. My goal is to make your photo collection less overwhelming, easily accessible and user friendly for YOU!

While there are different options available, the main overall goal is for every client to know where ALL of their photos are, how to access them, and how their family can enjoy them in the future. If they are overwhelming now, imagine how it will be in 5,10 or 20 years? I work with clients to get it under control.

HOW DO YOU DO IT?

Step One: Ive teamed up with an amazing technology partner who handles the organizing remotely. Our team will work remotely to transfer all of the media files from your computer and other devices onto a hard drive to be organized. No need to leave home.

Step Two: We will bring all of your digital photos and videos into one accessible, easy-to-use system. Stop holding onto those old phones, hard-drives, flash-drives, and CDs. Did you know the average life of a hard-drive is only three years? Are your photos at risk?

Step Three: We remove duplicates in your library, preserving any existing meta-data. Flagging, tagging, exposing geolocation and date-time corrections are some of the advanced organization options we offer. Now you can easily find those specials memories when you want to.

Step Four: Are you confident that your cloud settings are correct across your devices? Do you have a combination of Apple/Android devices? Once we understand which devices you and your family are using, we design a system that ensures your photos stay up to date and organized. We will talk you through the pros and cons of various providers to help you make your decision.

Step Five: Our 5-step process will put you back in charge of your memories and brings peace of mind. You will know your memories are safe and secure. We also offer maintenance plans so you don't need to worry about any upkeep.

The first step is to get on a phone call with Danielle to discuss your goals and needs with your photo collection. We will talk about the current state of your photos, options for cloud service, and the ideal plan for you going forward. We will discuss how we can help you, answer any technical questions, and review the options. Each client’s plan is unique to them.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Digital photo organizing sessions are depending on each client’s needs. We have packages that are hourly ($125/hr) and packages that include up to 10 devices depending on your organization needs. Devices can include cloud storage, computers, old computers/phones, external hard drives, etc.
